Return Policy
Our returns policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unsealed, untorn boxes, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Mind changed will also not apply to our refund policy.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. such products purchased in sales cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept products that are opened and tested after receiving them. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we send an email to notify the customer that we have received a specific returned item. We will also notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of replacement after inspection of the returned product.
If the product is approved, customers can purchase any other item at the same price, the shipment will be processed while shipping and handling charges will automatically be applied to the new shipping package which will be payable by the customer while there is no refund policy.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged or returned. Sale/promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If a customer need to exchange it for the same item, he/she can send us an email with an obvious reason at [email protected]
Shipping Returns
In case of a return, the customer is responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where a customer lives, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach may vary.
If any customer is returning more expensive items or more than one item, he/she may consider using a trackable shipping service. In case, We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
