Shipping Policy


Sheez.pk Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Time to process: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–5:30 PM PKT), not including holidays or weekends.
  • Any delays beyond this window will be communicated promptly.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship nationwide across Pakistan using M&P Courier and Leopards Courier, offering the following service options:

Times start after order has been processed, and refer to business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
International shipping is currently limited; please contact us for availability, rates, and customs duties.

3. Shipping Rates

  • M&P and Leopards rates are primarily based on weight and distance, with live estimations via their rate calculators.
  • For domestic ≤1 kg shipments, expect:
    • Same city: ~Rs. 195–200
    • Intercity: ~Rs. 235–300
  • For heavier or bulk shipments, rates quoted during checkout reflect live tariffs.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on all orders, subject to courier charges.
  • COD fees per service:
    • M&P COD within city: starts at ~Rs. 180; intercity: up to Rs. 330+
    • Leopards COD fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a courier tracking number by email/SMS.
  • Track via M&P or Leopards portals to view real-time status.

6. Shipping Exceptions & Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Seasonal demand, courier capacity, regional disruptions, or weather.
  • Customs clearance delays for international shipments.
  • Unforeseen issues (strikes, natural events).

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Inspect your package upon delivery.
  • Report any loss or damage within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We’ll assist with the courier for compensation claims and will ship replacement products free of shipping charges (subject to availability and claim outcome).

8. Undeliverable Orders & Returns-to-Base

  • If parcels are returned due to incomplete/incorrect address, refusal, or inability to deliver:
    • Missed address/phone: buyer covers return+reshipped shipping fees.
    • Non-delivery due to recipient fault: shipping is non-refundable.

9. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations are allowed within 1 hour of order confirmation (before processing).

10. Public Holidays

  • Public holidays may temporarily affect processing and delivery times.
  • We’ll provide updates and notify in advance if delays are anticipated.
